Personal tool / Content system
A little help
showing up.
Pick a photo. Find the words. Make it sound like me. I built a content system to help with that preparation and keep my edits part of the process.
Built and tested with published posts. The publishing automation is currently paused while I develop the wider assistant setup.
The draft is a starting point.
I built a workflow that could select from my photos, prepare the media, and draft a caption using context about how I write. It staged that work for me to review.
The interesting part was what happened after I read it. I could change the wording, send it back with feedback, or decide it wasn't a post I wanted to make.
My edits became useful context.
The system stored my feedback in Open Brain, my shared AI memory. Later drafts could draw on those notes, along with examples of my writing.
It gave the next draft more to work with. I still needed to read it: remembering a preference doesn't guarantee the AI will get the words right.
The workflow I built
From a photo to a decision.
- 01
Prepare a draft.
Use my photos and writing context to prepare a post for review.
- 02
Make it mine.
I edit, request a new draft, or reject it. My feedback gets saved.
- 03
Choose what goes out.
Publishing follows my approval. For Reels, I choose the native text and music myself.
From the project
Some of the actual posts.
Examples from April 2026. These came out of the workflow with my review and creative input.

Where it stands now.
I built and tested the workflow, including publishing approved posts. I've since paused its publishing agents while developing the wider assistant setup. This page documents the project; it isn't a claim that it currently posts every day.
The useful lesson carries forward: AI can help prepare the work, and the person whose name is on it still needs room to make it their own.
Something similar in your business?
The same approach can apply to preparing a newsletter, organizing source material, or drafting a customer follow-up. We'd start with your actual process and decide which parts are worth building around.
